For all you Brides out there trying to plan your wedding, I have the PERFECT place to go. LAS VEGAS. Now I know what your thinking. Tacky right. NO WAY. A year ago I got married in Vegas and had the time of my life. I researched a ton. Went on blogs, asked around. I stumbled upon a place called “Little Chapel of the Flowers” and knew right away that was what I wanted. OK thats not exactly true. What I wanted was to get married at the Venetian because I thought that would be the best… but let’s face it- It’s insanely expensive. When I turned to my Little Chapel of the Flowers brochure I started to realize…. the Venetian doesn’t hold a candle to this place and booked my wedding right away!
You can pick from a variety of packages. From a small intimate wedding to a large affair. You can choose destination wedding packages or packages that will blow your mind…like getting married on the Grand Canyon floor, or on a yacht! Prices range from $200 to $10,000 so everyone can get married here no matter what budget your on.
Chapel of the Flowers is truly the most beautiful, elegant, and picturesque wedding chapel in Las Vegas.
Their three lovely chapels overlook fantastic grounds. The grounds feature a gorgeous waterfall,
cascading into clear waters surrounded by lush greenery and fragrant flowers.
In addition, there is a lovely Desert Falls and Garden area, and a gazebo. great for picture taking.
Need photos, Limos, cakes or flowers? no problem. They have it all. We even had TWO limos so that we didnt see eachother before the ceremony. It was great. As far as photos, we personally got the best photo album imaginable, they look great! Our photographer was spectacular. We also bought our photo CDS so we could get reprints or enlargements in town AND we bought a huge canvas painting of our favorite photo. Oh and I almost forgot…our wedding was live broadcast so that any friends and family not in attendance could be with us and watch from their computer!
We cant say enough about this place and we encourage you to visit. They make things so easy. And in addition to your ceremony and reception they make planning easy with your own personal consultant, online access to your wedding 24 hours a day. We also purchased something called the Mr. White service. It was a limo ride to and from the License Bureau. They also took care of all of the paperwork. It was so simple.
and thats not all that was great about a Vegas wedding…as it turned out we had a small reception for our family at ..you guessed it…the Venetian. Wolfgang Puck has a spectacular restaraunt there and we had a good meal and took a Gondola ride throughout the hotel. It was just what we wanted. PERFECT! so the next time you are trying to figure out what to do with your wedding. Look no further. Visit Vegas and the “Chapel of Flowers” for the time of your life!

If your reception hall does not provide you with a cake, and your local grocery baker just won’t do, how can a bride go about finding a great baker when there are so many to choose from?
First and foremost, pick a baker that has a Board of Health approved, sanitary storefront. Pick a baker that has experience and a baker who has established a respectable client list. Ask for references and check up on the results- see how real brides like yourself felt with their finished cakes. Interview a few bakers personally and taste the product.
When do you book?
Definately 6 months ahead. Better to be safe then sorry, you’d hate to loose out on the perfect cake because of bad planning! Make sure you have important details like date of event, location (indoor vs. outdoor) number of people attending, food allergies etc.
Designing a cake…
You can generally choose from a standard catalog of cake designs but an excellent baker can come up with a unique on of a kind cake just for you! Take into account location when designing. Utilize seashells for beach weddings, and colors that compliment nature. If your reception hall is elegant and classy, pick a cake that compliments that decor. The possibilities are endless.
Budget…
The cake is a must have. It’s a wedding staple. It’s prominently displayed and a part of the wedding festivities. If your budget is low, consider loosing the 3 tired look for a smaller, high quality cake with less details in the design. Another alternative, do it yourself…A friend of mine recently got married and his mother baked a 3 tier cake herself. It looked beautiful and tasted great and no one thought anything of it being homemade. Trust us, your guests will be happy if it tastes delicious and won’t care where you got it.
Location:
If theres one thing I learned about the cake…make sure it stands up in the heat. I had a summer wedding in florida and by the time the reception rolled around it was tilting to the left and struggling not to melt! Take that into consideration…no one want to pay $600 for a cake that lands on the floor before anyone can enjoy it =)

Good morning. We’ve been noticing an increase in our UPS/Fed Ex costs for a while now. As the price of gas increases so does our shipping costs…Unfortunatly we’ve held off as long as we can and it appears that we’ll need to increase our rates on shipping slightly.
We hate to do this but it’s been such a significant increase that we cant keep the rates how they are now. The change will take effect Friday, July 17 at approximately 6pm, after the close of business.
